GTMFlex Refund Policy

We want you to have clarity on cancellations and refunds before you purchase a plan or project with GTMFlex.

1. Subscription Plans (Monthly / Recurring)

  • Work is billed for time and capacity reserved. Because we start planning and execution immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.
  • You can cancel anytime to prevent the next renewal. Your service continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.

2. Partial Month / Mid-Cycle Cancellation

If you cancel mid-cycle:

  • You will not be charged for the next cycle
  • The current cycle fee is not refunded
  • Any pending work may be delivered until the cycle ends (subject to capacity and scope)

3. Project-Based Work (One-Time)

  • If the project has not started and you cancel within 48 hours of payment, you may request a refund after deducting payment gateway charges (if applicable).
  • If work has started (planning, meetings, audits, designs, development, tracking setup), refunds are not available. However, we can deliver the completed portion of work up to that point.

4. Third-Party Costs Are Non-Refundable

Any third-party purchases made on your behalf (domains, hosting, plugins, tools, ad spend, etc.) are non-refundable and must be claimed directly from the third party.

5. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is raised without contacting us first, we may pause access to deliverables and support until the issue is resolved. Please email hi@gtmflex.com and we’ll try to fix it quickly.

6. How to Request a Cancellation / Refund Review

Please include your registered email, invoice number and reason.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time and the latest version will be published on this page.
