All plans are billed monthly in USD. You’re charged at the start of each billing cycle and can upgrade, downgrade or cancel before the next month starts.
No. All plans are month-to-month. We recommend sticking for 2–3 months to see compounding impact, but you’re free to pause or stop any time.
Your plan covers GTMFlex’s time and expertise: strategy, execution, optimisation and communication for the services listed in that plan (tech, marketing or both). Any third-party tools, apps, media spend or subscriptions are billed separately by those platforms.
No. Ad spend is always paid directly in your Google, Meta or other ad accounts. Our fee covers setup, management, optimisation and reporting.
We try to keep your queue full so that doesn’t happen. Unused hours don’t roll over by default, but if you know a slower month is coming, we can temporarily shift focus (e.g., more tracking clean-up, CRO, or tech debt) so you get full value.
Yes. You can move between plan types (or change tiers) from the next billing cycle. Many clients start with Tech or Marketing only and then graduate to a combined Tech + Marketing plan.
You can add as many tasks as you like into your shared board. Based on your plan, we work on a set number of active tasks at once and then move to the next in priority order. This keeps delivery fast and focused.
Yes. If your mix of tech work, creatives, or ad spend doesn’t fit neatly into a tier, we can create a custom package based on scope and expected hours.
Once you sign up, we do a short onboarding: access to your site, analytics, ad accounts and tools. Then we set up your task board, agree on the first 2–3 priorities and start execution within a few days.
Yes. Each plan includes a set rhythm of check-ins (monthly or bi-weekly depending on tier) to review performance, prioritise tasks and align on next steps. Additional calls can be added if needed.
